I'm here to say that my purchasing experience has been excellent with the EggRider team. They were maximally helpful and always on time with the replies. I interacted with "Mine K" and "Adrian A", and I got excellent service from both.

From what is seen online the after-purchase support is of the same excellent kind. I "hope" I never need them (in a good way), documentation is plentiful.

If you're here then I trust you're aware of all the features of the product and I'll say it lives up to expectations, simply brilliant.

What I do want to say though is how great the team behind it are too. Due to no fault of their own I had some minor issues with the device and contacted them for some assitance. I was expecting maybe a recommedation to where I might find a solution but instead I got really friendly and useful help and they shipped me the bits I needed FOC and I was all fixed up.

If you're thinking the unit is a bit too pricey when compared to other controllers, it does so much more and you can rest assured your money is going to good people who'll have your back.
